RED AS BLOOD
|ex-ChUSFA: stamp on first inside page, page 85. MORE INFO|
Spine, sides reinforced with 2" non-yellowing library tape.
"The Golden Rope" & "The Princess and Her Future" & "Black as Ink" and "Beauty" are original to the 1983 paperback. The rest appeared from 1972 to 1981 - in Magazine of F&SF (3), Young Winter's Tales and Weird Tales 1. I will recommend this collection as a good introduction to Tanith Lee. I was particularly impressed with the first story when I encountered it in an issue of Magazine of F&SF that contained a Hugo nominee - I liked "Paid Piper" better than the nominee (or the award-winner.) "Red as Blood" was a Nebula-award nominee.
