Omnibus of The House of Many Worlds (1951), and its sequel: Three Faces of Time (1955.) The original book appearances are rather hard to find: a 1951 hardcover reprinted in paperback in 1970(?) by the elusive Curtis Books - there was also a GALAXY NOVEL in 1952. The second was half of an Ace Double (never reprinted by itself.)

The House of Many Worlds
[The 1st page blurb from the 1970 paperback]:
Ancient, encrusted with legend, supposedly empty, the old mansion on Spindrift Key stood like a dark and lowering wraith. Writer Elspeth Marriner and her cohort, photographer Mack Fraser, visited the house on a routine assignment. Suddenly it turned into a fantastic adventure. For, in actuality, the old manse was a gateway to worlds Elspeth and Mack had never imagined. And, once through that gateway, the lives of this young girl and young man would never, never be the same.
