Lancer 1966 paperback (72-122). (Copyright 1965 in Britain.) Cover by Gray Morrow, 159 pages, 50 cent cover price. Condition is near-Fine: tight and square with flat spine; very light wear. Age tanning is very mild and uniform - much better than you expect for this vintage. The top page-block has lost half of its purple coloring near spine - no reason I can see as there are no moisture traces or signs on the inside. (Just like a copy I listed years ago, this has a slightly embossed crease down the right side of front cover - picked up in the packing carton?)

Michael Moorcock, writing as "Edward P. Bradbury": Blades of Mars in it's first American paperback printing. When Lancer reprinted this in 1970, the title was changed to The Lord of the Spiders and Michael Moorcock was revealed as the author. This is the second in the "Michael Kane" series of Burroughs pastiches.
