Dell (#1940) 1st printing June 1968 paperback. Cover by Paul Lehr, 190 pages, 50 cent cover price. Condition is near-Fine: very tight and square with flat spine; spine is slightly faded with a 1/8" cut at bottom; light overall rubbing (that will not show in scans.) Age tanning is noticeable, but uniform, and I don't think you will find better if you want this edition/this cover. No stamps, marks or writing.

Tom Carmody wins a prize in the Intergalactic Sweepstakes. But just after he signs for it, another Carmody appears, claiming it was meant for him. Then he is shunted randomly from planet to planet throught the many galaxies, always hoping he'll end up back on Earth. Nobody mentioned he was supposed to know the coordinates for Earth.
