Dimension 13 (1969) - a collection of 13 stories by Robert Silverberg. For eleven of these, this is their first appearance in a Silverberg collection. Several made it into various retrospectives (Silverberg entered his most artistic and self-improved phase in the mid-Sixties to early Seventies.) 3 stories are only shared with The Songs of Summer (a British collection), 3 are only shared with World of a Thousand Colors), and "Eve and the Twenty-Three Adams" is unique to this collection. This is one of the first books I encountered by Silverberg, and I recommend it as a good introduction.
Eve and the Twenty-Three Adams
These originally appeared from 1957 to 1967 - in Venture, Magazine of F&SF, (3) in IF, Amazing, (2) in (The Original) SF Stories, (2) in Super SF, SF Quarterly, Galaxy and Future SF.
