Gutter code M42 on page 365. isfdb.org notes that gutter code "M36" indicates September 1982 printing (and those copies include a statement of "first edition" on credits page.) A code of "M44" was October 1982 and "M47" was November 1982 printing (neither with statement of "first edition.")
