An autographed first edition: This is #400 of a 650 copy boxed, signed edition from Phantasia Press, simultaneous with the Doubleday hardcover "trade edition" of September 1985. I did some checking in old issues of LOCUS to see if it really did come out at the same time, and in the October 1985 issue, both editions are listed in the September "books received" listing, and noted as a simultaneous release.
