J. G. Ballard's third collection of stories: Passport to Eternity. Ballard was first noticed in Britain where he published his early stories in the late Fifties, then in America when they began collecting these stories in book form in the early Sixties Ballard was known more for psychological or "Inner Space" stories involving near future disasters or deserted landscapes. Richard Powers' surreal cover art makes a perfect complement to these stories.

The Man on the 99th Floor
Thirteen to Centaurus
Track 12
The Watch-Towers
A Question of Re-entry
Escapement
The Thousand Dreams of Stellavista
The Cage of Sand
