Book= near-Fine
Dustjacket= VG+ or better

Book is tight and square. Dustjacket is in nice condition, except for some tears/wear at top right corner of front cover, which has been neatly repaired with tape.

First SFBC printing was January 1972. Gutter code "P10" (or P16?) puts this somewhere between "P5" in Jan,1974 and "R48" in Nov,1976?

The Hugo Winners, Volumes One and Two, an omnibus of a pair of reprint-anthologies edited by Isaac Asimov. Contains The Hugo Winners, Volume One (1962) + The Hugo Winners, Volume Two (1971.) The premise of the books is simple: collect the short-fiction Hugo winners. For each volume, Asimov provides an introduction telling of SF fandom and his appearances as guest-of-honor at several WorldCons, and introduces each story with a personal annecdote. An appendix for each volume notes the date/location of each WorldCon, with a complete list of all the winners. This kind of anthology is easy to recommend - there is a lot of the finest SF here. Even if you already have a bunch of these, this would make a good introduction to unfamiliar authors, or a great book to hand to someone to "hook" them on SF.
